Website inquiries

Our contact form collects your name, email address, phone number, message and SMS consent choice. These details are included in an email notification to the studio so we can respond to your inquiry. We also send an email confirmation to the email address you provide. The website uses Lovable's managed email delivery service to send these emails. Delivery logging can record the recipient email address, email template, delivery status and any delivery error.

This form is for general questions only. Please don't include medical or health details. Save those for your consultation.

Text messages and your choice

By entering your phone number and checking the optional SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Therapeutic Elements about your inquiry and appointments. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply HELP for more information. You can reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt-out.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You can submit an inquiry without checking the SMS consent box. We don't discuss medical details by text.

Marketing and promotional sharing

No mobile details or personally identifiable information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Website activity and external services

The website records clicks on booking and call links using Supabase. The recorded fields include the link type, page path, button location, referring website domain, campaign tags from the page URL and whether the browser is using a mobile or desktop layout. The click-tracking code does not include contact-form contents in these records.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and displays an embedded Google map. Booking links open Jane, and other links may take you to external services. Those services have their own privacy policies.
